Prices are shown in our app next to each therapist, and vary depending on the therapist, their location, the type of therapy being provided, and the method or duration of therapy (such as chat vs video call). All prices will be clearly shown in the app before you start treatment
Currently we require all therapists to be fluent in English, however you can search in the app for other languages that the therapist may have indicated on their profile they provide therapy in
If you are signed up for a monthly membership, you may cancel any time within the app, under My Account -> Subscriptions, or by reaching out to us via email or our website contact form
You may use the flag icon on the main menu of the mobile app to report a bug. Your feedback is very important to us improving our product
We are currently working through an issue with Apple regarding payments. We are proud to offer e-check payments for our US customers while we resolve this issue
Therapist FAQs

Anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship counseling, and parent/family counseling are among the most commonly sought after, however we receive requests from clients for a broad range of therapies.
You must have a valid current license to practice therapy in your local jurisdiction, which will be verified by our team. You must also have had at least 2 consecutive years of active practice.
Therapists are paid weekly by either PayPal or Wire Transfer. For wire transfers, the amount payable must be at minimum $1000, else it can either by paid by PayPal or rolled over into the next payment.
Yes, therapists can set their own prices per hour, and separately for video, audio or text chat. They may also set their respective currency choice. However to accomplish our goal of affordability and accessibility, Kiwi Therapy has limits on pricing. We will go over these once we receive and verify your application/credentials.
